I am a highly qualified (BA Hons, MBA, FHEA, ILM L7) and experienced results-oriented consultant and coach working in the employability space. I support individuals, teams, universities and employer organisations to design and implement change, find solutions to complex issues and realise their aspirations. Whether I am supporting individuals to progress with their career or life goals, education providers to improve their employability rankings or employers to recruit the right talent, I pride myself in building effective relationships with my clients.

I am a qualified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner and work with teams to improve relationships and performance. The workshops that I design and deliver will improve communication and understanding within teams and lead to increased motivation, job satisfaction and results. Every team is different so programmes are bespoke to your requirements but typically will include:

  • Meeting with the manager/team leader to understand current team dynamics
  • An introductory session with participants to demystify MBTI and answer any questions
  • Participants complete an MBTI questionnaire prior to the half day workshop
  • Questionnaire results are analysed and participants receive their individual personalised report
  • At the half day workshop we explore participants preferred types and team results and through interactive, fun exercises participants explore how to value differences
  • A next step plan is agreed and developed
  • On going team coaching can be arranged

The workshop described above can be delivered alone or as a part of a broader team experience over a longer period.
